We meet at the world famous Freemasons‘ Hall which is located at 60 Great Queen Street, Convent Garden, London. Freemasons have met on this site since 1775.
The present Freemasons’ Hall was built between 1927 and 1932 as a memorial to the 3,000 members killed during the First World War. It is one of the UK’s finest Art Deco buildings.
Our governing body the United Grand Lodge of England and our regional governing body the Metropolitan Grand Lodge both have their headquarters here.
You may also recognise Freemasons’ Hall from many popular film and TV appearances including Assassin’s Creed, Spooks, Agatha Christie’s Poirot, Hustle, New Tricks and The Late Late Show with James Corden.
It is open to the public and you can visit the Museum, Library, Shop, Café Bar as well as taking a guided tour of the Grand Temple and ceremonial areas. If you would like to visit please follow this link for more information.
